Voltran Vogas
We at Fire Em Up have extensive experience with sequential vapor injection systems. We have tested and carried different product lines and have experience with the EPA certification process. It is our opinion that the Voltran product line is the very best available on the market today. We have entered into an agreement with Voltran which grants us exclusivity in the United States and Canada. Fire Em Up has a strategic plan in place to certify the Vogas system with the United States EPA and or the California Air Research Board. Our main focus will be on the Ford Crown Victoria, the Chevrolet Impala, the Ford F-150 and The Chevrolet 2500 pick up. We are currently looking for Dealers in the United States to carry the Voltran product line. All inquiries for the Canadian market will be directed to Fraser Valley Propane / Diesel Magnum Canada (contact information is on the dealer page).

Each day 1000 Vehicles in 5 continents and 38 countries are converted to propane with Voltran kits. We are excited to be able to bring this superior technology to North America. The Vogas system has already easily achieved Euro 4 -40% emissions values with its tight controls and tuning capability. The system has been certified at official test laboratories in the UK and Germany. The Vogas system has been tested, approved and met the OEM requirements of Mitsubishi and Nissan.

The Vogas system with its split fuel technology is the only system that we would recommend for new vehicles with soft valves. Many manufactures have done away with alternative fuel ready engines which included special valves and seats designed to with stand valve recession caused by propane or natural gas systems. LPG and CNG is a dry fuel not capable of providing lubrication for valves. With "split fuel" the system can be programmed to run on both LPG and Gasoline at ratios from 1% LPG to 100% LPG. Controlled testing by an OEM verified that split fuel reduced valve wear to the same as that of a gasoline fueled engine. Incredibly smooth fuel change over is achieved with split fuel by phasing in LPG while reducing the percentage of gasoline. By programming with split fuel to add a small amount of gasoline under heavy load and high RPM the system over comes high end power losses suffered by conventional sequential vapor injection systems. Split fuel also allows for the use of one regulator with high horse power engines. The Vogas system is the only system on the market today that will work with GDI (direct injection) engines by allowing the gasoline injectors to function while on LPG to keep them cool and lubricated.

Component packages are now available and EPA certified systems will be available soon to our dealers and customers.
Fire Em Up disclaimer
Fire Em Up Inc. does not make any claims that parts or components packages are certified by the United States EPA or the California Air Research Board for on road vehicles. The components and parts have been extensively tested in Europe and have met European standards. For a complete listing of certificates on the Voltran product line please visit www.voltranlpg.com. As EPA certification is achieved the certificates will be posted on this web-site. Component packages are for non- EPA / CARB applications.
LPG SGI Reducer
Main function of the SGI reducer is to reduce the pressure of LPG. It reduces the liquid LPG coming from the tank and regulates LPG pressure according to the inlet manifold pressure.
Vogas SGI Ecu
ECU (Electronic Control Unit) measures the petrol injection signals, reducer pressure, Coolant temperature, inlet manifold pressure and calculates the best optimum LPG amount for each cycle.

- Fully Windows based calibration and dealer software with decimal inputs and maps

- Designed for ultra low emission (Euro 4-40%) OEM market

- GDI engines with direct injection applicable

- New fuel gauge driving strategy for increased accuracy and reduced cost. Gauge is driven from "tally" inside ECU which is adjusted in real time according to fuel used

- On board CAN bus for 6-8 cylinder applications and advanced vehicle interface – 2 ECUs act as one

- "Split fuel" first time in the world for valve seat recession/power Implementation
LPG SGI Injectors
Injectors controlled by ECU delivers the LPG to each cylinder sequentially.
SGI Fuel Select Switch
Fuel select switch fitted on dashboard of the vehicle enables the driver to select LPG or petrol. Also the switch with level indicator displays the LPG level inside of the LPG tank.
Fuel Rail Filter
Fuel rail is to filter the flowing LPG from the reducer to the injectors. For 6 and 8 cylinder cars 2 fuel rails are used.
SGI PC Interface & CD Software
Provides connection between SGI ECU and PC for calibration.
